Coriole Shiraz 2015 Magnum 1.5L

Aged in French oak hogsheads. Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue.

Nosing offers up blackberry and ripe dark cherry scents tinged with hints of liquorice over lightly scorched vanillin cedar and pepper.

The palate shows impressive richness and concentration boasting a mouthfilling flavour profile of ripe blackberries and liquorice over spicy delicately scorched vanillin cedar, hints of dried meats and pepper. The rich opulent mouthfeel is supported by a solid yet refined tannin structure.

Excellent power and length with a long driving finish of juicy blackberries and liquorice tempered by subtlety scorched vanillin cedar, some meatiness and blackpepper.
