Bruges Zot Dubbel is from the De Halve Maan (The Half Moon) brewery.

The brown, & double Zot variant is, as the name implies, a somewhat heavier beer. Its unique bitter hint makes it stand out. Brewed with six special types of malt, which give the beer its unique and rich aroma.
The taste lover discovers a complex palette of roasted malt and a unique bitter hint, thanks to the Czech Saaz hop. The beer leaves a warm glow in the mouth with a bitter, hoppy aftertaste in which you can recognize liquorice root and even some coffee roast.

Tasting Notes

Caramel malt sweetness and the flavour of dark fruits up front. This then gives way to a mineral earthiness pairing with the spicing. This ensures the beer isn't too sweet, and finishes slightly dry.
