Domaine Oudin Chablis 2022 750ml

Nearly yellow in the glass with lovely scents of round citrus, beeswax and creamy minerality backed by limestone, sea coast minerality and lemons still on the tree. The palate is lemons, melon, and is balanced with crushed stones and succulent acidity.

This wine is dynamic and can age gracefully for a decade or more.

Pairs beautifully with shellfish, sea scallops sautéed in butter, grilled shrimp, chicken dishes, hearty garden salads, grilled vegetables and goat or sheep milk cheeses.
